COMPANYIA AU MENTS

This show is a simple adaptation for unconventional spaces in which two actor-dancers intervene in the architectural space with a proposal that brings us closer to the subject of memory. Newspapers, books, letters on bodies, the symbology of a culture in which everything is presented in written and engraved form, making up a huge mass of information which our memory absorbs.

Quan ses bistis volaven features songs, poems, and knowledges transmitted from generations to generations that disappears into a chaotic confusion of words and souns, as two bodies floating into the voice of the memory. The style of Au Ments, sensible and poethic, the expression of the gest theater and the butoh dance with the voice-over of a woman singing old songs will bring our imagination to another dimension.
