EL PETIT DE CAL ERIL

Sometimes, a song is enough to answer big questions. Almost religiously, El Petit de Cal Eril explores the world of the most intimately human emotions and comes up with the perfect balance of nostalgia and optimism, of serenity and hope. Their new record, Vol i dol (Bankrobber), will be presented during the celebration of the International Museums Day and combines folk spirit, a touch of psychedelia and, above all the group's very own seal, possibly the result of the rural optimism, the scent of chewing-gum and the noise of the tractors from Segarra, where Joan Pons, the vocalist and soul of the group, was born. The rest of the band: David Paco (bass), Lluís Rueda (noises) and Càndid Coll (drums).
