INTERNATIONAL VIDEOART FESTIVAL 'ENTRE ILLES' (BETWEEN ISLANDS)

Es Baluard is the venue for the International Video Art Festival “Entre islas”, an initiative that came into being with the aim of connecting artistic values from geographical areas with cultural differences through the language of video art. All of the works presented have in common the idea of insularity and the questioning of territory. Social and cultural exchange allows for an approach to discourses that deal with themes such as emigration, frontier, identity, homeland or the concept of region.
