MALLORCA SAXOPHONE ENSEMBLE CONCERT

A group of young saxophonists from the Balearics decided in 2005 to get the public closer to actual music, specially  that written by local composers so they created the Mallorca Saxophone Ensemble, which contributed to the artistic and cultural panorama promoting concerts in the Cicle Mallorca Saxophone Festival in Es Baluard; the Cicle de concerts de Tardor, organized by  Joventuts Musicals de Palma given in Museu de Mallorca; the Cicle de Concerts of the Centro de Cultura "Sa Nostra". Additionally, they made musical interventions in the Palma de Mallorca Airport, at several locations in the city, the festival Saxofolies and in the "Jaume Mas i Porcel" square, opened by the Mayor of Palma , Aina Calvo.
