MAURO CEOLIN

Es Baluard hosts on April 12 at 8 pm the artist Mauro Ceolin's project CRIDA Studies. Acousmatic Soundscape CNsa 0102, a concert in two movements for MP3.

This concert is the result of the research Ceolin carries out within his project contemporaryNaturalism, about the ways nature is represented in our consumer society.
 
It’s the second collaboration of Es Baluard and CRIDA from El flujo del mar, by Varvara Guljajeva & Mar Canet Sola. CRIDA Studies features a concert on April 12.
 
The entrance is free and the public must follow these instructions:
 
1.      Download the two movements of the concert through a link.

2.      Unzip the ZIP file.
 
3.      Copy into a mp3 player the two files you’ll find in the folder.

4.      Attend the concert with the mp3 player and earphones.
 
CRIDA Studies: Acousmatic Soundscape CNSA 0102, MP3 concert in two movements summarizes in an audiovisual format, Mauro Ceolin’s research about the relation between Astronomy and scientific imagination in the science-fiction films. The result of this work (CNSA 0102) will produce a soundscape and visual impressions made of copied, isolated, composed compounds, previously extracted from websites to exchange videos (YouTube for example) and edited with a free software.
 
Each attendee must listen individually the concert with their own MP3 player.
