SLOW FOOD

As part of his Spanish tour, Carlo Petrini, founder and president of the international Slow Food movement, will visit the Slow Food convivium in the Balearic Islands on October 21, 22 and 23, to learn first hand our culinary heritage, the reality of food industry and the various projects that Slow Food is managing in the Balearic Islands.

On Friday 21 at 8 pm Carlo Petrini will offer a public lecture at Es Baluard's Aljub, in which will be projected images of 4 years of work by  Slow Food in the Balearics and will be tasted different local, seasonal, crafts and ecological products.
