VanB (I+D) is a FES'16 activity (Summer Festivals at Es Baluard)
VanB (I+D) is a proposal that aims to bring gastronomy closer to all five senses, with an interrelation of taste, touch, smell, sight and sound, in an environment where art is the common link, giving rise to a gastro-cultural melange as a singular experience.
I+D proposals will be presented over two days, dealing with the different culinary options developed around Food Trucks. Practical and demonstrative microphonics processes will be generated, and plant graffiti, performances and gastro-auditory experiences will take place.
