Sustainable Landscapes” is an initiative in development since 2014, focused on building new spaces for reflection and action linked to current society and sustainable awareness practices between culture and the environment. In past editions we have organized from formations and talks about landscaping, permaculture, environmental education, sustainability or ecofeminism through performances, activist art projects, installations, workshops, conferences and special cycles. This year 2017 and with the hashtag #Paisatges we also use the different vectors and readings of the landscapes in the works of the museum collection through mediations and dissemination actions.

The Association of Varietal Premises of the Balearic Islands was created in 2002 with the aim of promoting the use and conservation of the local varieties of the Balearic Islands. Its vertebral axes are: food sovereignty, respect for the environment and agroecology. They are part of the Seed Network.

The association organizes assemblies, meetings, dissemination tasks through fairs, magazines, newsletters, publications, books, etc., as well as courses, lectures, talks, studies and all types of professional or economic training. In addition, it is dedicated to the promotion of projects for research, development and transfer of technology on agricultural biodiversity and its use in alternative agricultural systems.
