New Acquisitions

Es Baluard Museu d’Art Modern i Contemporani de Palma presents a selection of the acquisitions made over the year 2009. The space, located on floor 0 of the museum, shows works by the artists Eulàlia Valldosera, whose photograph entitled El jacent: la nit (2000) is presented, and Joana Vasconcelos, with a piece in ceramic and crochet entitled Conchita (2008). By the Mallorcans Joan Cortés, Mónica Fuster and Amparo Sard, one can contemplate the sculpture Untitled (2008), the painting Day off (2007) and the installation L’oblit (2009), respectively. By the Cuban artist residing in Mallorca, Jorge Mayet, we have the sculpture Luna llena de qué…(2009)
