Public competition in order to seek a new director

The Foundation announces a competition for senior management to fill the position of director of the Es Baluard Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Palma with the mission of managing, programming and administering said museum, in addition to promoting cultural and educational activities and representing the Museum.
It is the will of the Es Baluard Fundació to follow good practices in museums and art centers, in the sense of exercising a transparent, democratic and participatory cultural management and, therefore, making an independent jury of experts choose the best project for the museum and the most suitable candidate to occupy the Directorate.
