5,700 visitors in Es Baluard during the Hispanity Day's weekend

Es Baluard registered  5,679 visitors last weekend, from Friday, Hispanity Day, until Sunday. The entrance to the museum was free on Friday to mark the festivity. Visitors could enjoy the new temporary exhibitions "Pictorial fragments, 1980-2010" and "The perception of space," respectively showing paintings and sculptures from the Es Baluard's collection, some of which never exhibited before in the museum. Both exhibitions have been curated by Soad Houman and Catalina Joy, coordinator of the museum's Art department.Likewise, visitors could visit "Otras Miradas. Biblioteca Nacional de España", which opened recently.

The tour is completed with the permanent galleries of Es Baluard, "Modernism and Postmodernism", "Cabinet: dialogues in abstraction," "Picasso Ceramics" and "Miró. Ubu on stage".
