Announced the summer schedule of activities and exhibitions
Es Baluard publishes today in full, in advance and in three languages (Catalan, Spanish and English) its summer programming of cultural, educational and training activities and exhibitions as well.
Remain open permanent and temporary exhibitions, it will be opened on July 17 in the Aljub the first solo-project on Miao Xiaochun work "Microcosmos", in collaboration with Casa Asia. In Observatori, a residence work starts on American women poets of the Beat Generation, titled "Beat Attitude!", a process that may be visited and followed up on August 17. The museum is also preparing the production of one of the most anticipated events (la Nit de l'Art), with other relational projects in collaboration with El Corte Ingles. This time Es Baluard invites Marcelo Viquez.
During these months, there will be Arquitectives and Poetry Slam Mallorca workshops, both of them groups associated to the museum, outdoors concert series, as the Summer Pie festival, and Mecal Air and Cineciutat screenings. Furthermore, Es Baluard as open to networking organic project, landing in Es Polvirí, in Ibiza on July 4 with a meeting at 8 pm and in Menorca Festival Pronostica on August 17.
