ES BALUARD AND EL CORTE INGLÉS TO COLLABORATE IN THE NIT DE L'ART AND THE BOOK DAY 2013 AMONGST OTHERS

Es Baluard and El Corte Inglés signed a partnership agreement that includes, amongst others, joint activities during the Nit de l'Art and Book Day, and the installation of a Es Baluard products point-of-sale in El Corte Inglés Avenidas. Also, in the coming months, both this center and Jaume III's will give away to their customers a total of 500 tickets to visit the museum, through various campaigns.  One of these, to celebrate the Children Books' Day, consists of giving tickets to those who purchase children books.   

In signing the agreement involved (picture): The City of Palma Deputy Mayor of Culture and Sports, Fernando Gilet, representing the Fundació Es Baluard Board; the director of Baluard, Nekane Aramburu; and El Corte Ingles responsible for External Relations, Antonio Sanchez.  

This agreement is the result of the success and satisfaction of El Corte Inglés and Es Baluard regarding the agreement they signed in 2012. Amongst the activities it permitted is the performance by artist Alicia Framis in the Nit de l'Art 2012, ahead the El Corte Inglés in Jaume III, and a point-of-sale of Es Baluard catalogs in this same location and on occasion of the Book Day.
