Es Baluard launches the autumn calendar of activities and exhibitions

From Es Baluard we present our autumn schedule, a complete document, early and in three languages (Catalan, Spanish and English) of cultural, educational and training activities and exhibitions as well.

Remaining open permanent and temporary exhibitions, such as the newly opened "Marcelo Viquez. Riesgo necesario" and "Reproductibilitat 1.2. Fundación Aena + Es Baluard", in this period they arrive two new projects, like "Carte Blanche a CòmicNostrum", the project-in-process "Logbook of Natasha Hall and her crew" around the figure of the Archduke Luis Salvador, and "(Preposición). La habitación" DKV - Es Baluard award winning by Elssie Ansareo and Alaitz Arenzana.

Through these months is launched the new year of family workshops "Família! El dissabte va d'art" and the museum will host activities organized by Poetry Slam Mallorca, a museum's partner collective, the CòmicNostrum festival, with parallel activities and exhibitions, or visits with Carlos Garrido to the Es Baluard cultural complex under the theme of the defense of the city of Palma. In addition, many screenings, adult courses, concerts, etc. Also, in these last months of 2014, coinciding with the museum's 10th anniversary, will take place the last activities of this programme. For example, the meeting of directors from Spanish contemporary art museums, an event organized by ADACE.
