Es Baluard, observation point of the Cathedral's Solar eclipse

As currently every year, Es Baluard will be the observation point of the phenomenon known as the Cathedral's solar eclipse. The museum and the Balearic Mathematics Society SBM-XEIX urge you to come to Es Baluard next Saturday December 22. That day, at 8am, you can contemplate this phenomenon, which occurs around the Winter solstice. Later, at 9 am, there will be a lecture by Fernando Blasco, a professor at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, at the museum's auditorium. All activities are free.

Given that the phenomenon occurs these days, the terrace of Es Baluard opens at 7am so the people can see it.
