Es Baluard hosted, Friday, January 3rd, 2014, the presentation of the catalog for the exhibition "Broto. Great Scores" jointly organized by the museum and Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics.
The event was attended by: Antoni Vera (director IEB), Mª José Massot (culture coordinator of Palma Council); Carlos Jover (exhibition curator) and the artist José Manuel Broto.
The exhibition "Broto. Great Scores" (06.14.2013 - 01.05.2014) means Mallorca’s first institutional exhibition on the artist José Manuel Broto (Zaragoza, 1949) and displays a selection of recently-created works produced between 2004 and 2012, with a curatorial project based on the influence music has had over the development of his work.
The catalog is for sale in the museum store for a price of 7 euros.
