The designer Tonia Fuster present its lamps within the program «Disseny i Innovació a les Illes Balears»
We continue with a new proposal for the project «Design and Innovation in the Balearic Islands».
The designer Tonia Fuster presents her lamps in the showcase of the Es Baluard’s shop motivated by structural innovation based on local Mallorcan production resources.
Her pieces understand the union of artisan processes with industrial production as a basis for the future of design, creating lamps that can combine laser machining with hand-made ceramics. The search for new structures, user experience, light harmony and formal simplicity are the keys of her work.
Her project will be in the Es Baluard’s shop from March 25 until September 30. In addition, on May 8th at 7.00 pm a presentation will take place at the shop.
