With the aim of encourage the historical analysis and to provide a context for what artistically speaking happened in the recent past, Es Baluard launches an open and permanent announcement to foment the research and diffusion lines about creators and collectives of the Balearic Islands. These should be sent from 2014.
Es Baluard, following its diffusion line to recover a historiography of creators, artistic trends or collectives connected or resident in the Balearics, call an announcement to researchers, curators and institutions to present exhibition projects or other formats to be presented in the museum according to different evaluation criteria from the museum direction. The quality and opportunity of the works as well as the artistic and self-finance level will be considered.
This announcement is established as a permanent mailbox for suggestions.
Protocol for the sending of projects: an E-mail should be sent with a PDF file attached (10 Mb maximum) containing: curatorial project, graphic information and finance viability to the address artistica01@esbaluard.org
Only the pre-selected candidates will be summoned to a personal interview.
