Open doors due to the International Labour Day

The museum celebrates the International Labour Day on Thursday, May 1, with open doors. The museum will open in its regular time from 10 am to 8 pm.

Currently the museum hosts temporary exhibitions: "Implosió ", a rearrangement of Es Baluard’s permanent collection on the occasion of the museum's 10th anniversary; "Primavera Russa: Project Moscow", born as an artistic action by four video-artists who traveled to a strange city for them -Moscow- during August 2012; “Rafel Joan. Paintings 1983 – 2013”, the first retrospective of this Mallorcan painter collecting more than three decades; "Cabinet: Manolo Millares", showing his later period after El Paso through a selection of paintings and engravings from the museum’s collection; and "Sound resonances", with a musical composition by Hayden Chisholm made for the artist Rebecca Horn's installation, exhibited at the museum in 2004.
