The Foundation announces a senior management competition to fill the position of director / director of the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Palma (hereinafter Es Baluard) with the mission of managing, programming and administering said museum, in addition to promoting cultural activities and educational and representing the museum.
It is the will of the Es Baluard Fundació to follow good practices in museums and art centers, in the sense of exercising a transparent, democratic and participatory cultural management and therefore ensuring that an independent jury of experts choose the best project for the museum and the most suitable candidate to occupy the Directorate.
